Product Description

Water-based epoxy asphalt anticorrosive coating is an epoxy polymer anticorrosive and waterproof coating, with epoxy resin as the main material, and modified high-quality coal coke asphalt, coal tar, corrosion-resistant pigments, and various additives. It is a polymer anticorrosive and waterproof material. It has the advantages of thick coating film, solid and dense coating, good adhesion, tough paint film, high mechanical strength, good chemical resistance, good resistance to microbial erosion, and good electrical insulation properties.

Product features:

◎ The coating is smooth, dense and hard,

◎ Strong adhesion, saline and alkali resistance, seawater resistance, soil microbial corrosion resistance, plant rhizome penetration resistance, etc.

Construction process:

Grassroots requirements:

Cement-based concrete base layer: flat, solid, dry, clean, dust-free, and oil-free.Metal steel structure base layer: sandblasting, power tools, manual: rust removal standard: Sa2.5 or St3.0.

Surface treatment:

To remove oil stains from the surface of steel, it is best to use sandblasting to remove rust to a minimum of Sa2 level, and it is best to reach Sa2 1/2 level. When construction conditions are restricted, tools can also be used to remove rust to St3 level. After the steel surface treatment is qualified, it must be primed as soon as possible before returning to rust (normally within 8h, when the relative humidity of the air exceeds 80%, the primer should be applied immediately). The moisture content of the concrete surface within 20mm is less than 6%, and the loose material is removed, showing a flat and solid surface.

Scope of application:

It is mainly used in the anticorrosion of buried metal pipelines, oil irrigation, marine platforms, docks, mines and underwater steel components, oil tankers, oil refining and chemical equipment, concrete sewage treatment tanks, basements and other buildings.
