Component B is a semi-prepolymer prepared by the reaction of a terminal hydroxyl compound with an isocyanate; component B is a mixture of a terminal hydroxyl resin or a terminal amino resin and a terminal amino chain extender. Component B may contain a catalyst for improving the reactivity, allowing a small amount of pigments and dispersing additives.
