Construction process：

◎ The humidity of the base layer is usually required to be less than 7%.

◎ It must be thoroughly stirred before use.

◎ If there is serious rust or oil on the metal surface of the construction, it needs to be brushed after rust removal or wiping clean.

◎ The base layer and joints should be treated cleanly and kept dry. All kinds of joints and joints must be filled with ointment to ensure the flatness and solidity of the base, and to ensure that there is no sand dusting, shedding and strong lines.

◎ Stir well first and then brush once. The brushing should not be too thick, so as not to flow.During the construction process, it is strictly forbidden to step on the unopened waterproof layer.

◎ The drying time of the coating surface takes about 2 to 6 hours. After the surface is dry, the construction quality inspection should be carried out. If there is leakage or bulging, it should be repaired.

◎ During construction, only tap water or less alkaline water can be added to dilute it, and the proportion of water added is 20%.

◎ It is recommended to use a spraying machine for spraying operations, each barrel of material can be sprayed with about 200 square meters.

◎ If you use a roller brush, do not add water to dilute it. It can only be constructed when the temperature is low in the morning or evening.
