Cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating is a gray powdery material formulated with ordinary silicate cement as the base material and the active chemical composition. Cement-based permeable crystalline series of waterproof coatings, its waterproof mechanism is mainly porous, under the action of water, the waterproof coating contains active chemicals, with water as the carrier, as the water penetrates into the pores of the structure, the active chemicals penetrate into the interior with the water, and react to form insoluble crystals such as calcium alum stone, the active chemicals react with the unhydrated cement particles and promote the hydration of cement, forming cement hydrated crystals, generating a large number of crystal filling, blocking pores, so that water cannot enter the concrete, so as to achieve the purpose of waterproofing.

Construction process：　

◎ Scraping method

◎ Clean up debris and floating sediment on the base surface of the waterproof coating, and repair the severely uneven concrete base surface.

◎ Remove and clean up the oil stains and debris on the waterproof surface of the cement-based concrete structure, then wash it with water, and paint the waterproof material on the wet base surface for construction.

◎ If a serious leakage is found on the base surface, the plugging material should be used for construction first, and then this material can be used to ensure the quality of the project.

◎ The water-to-ash ratio is 0.3-0.4:1, the amount used is 1.4-1.7kg/m2, and the thickness is 1.0mm (±0.05mm) as the standard.

◎ Roll coating method ◎ Roll the material evenly on the treated base surface with a roller brush in an amount of 1.4-1.7kg/m2.

◎ Dry sprinkling method ◎ Construction will be carried out immediately after the concrete is poured, compacted, rolled and leveled.Sprinkle evenly on the surface of the concrete according to the prescribed amount, compaction and polishing in time.After the final condensation, check for any defective construction sites and repair them in time.；

◎ In case of exposure, water should be sprinkled for maintenance.Pay attention to uniform spraying and do not cut corners.
