High-elastic thick-quality acrylate waterproof coating is a thick one-component water-based polymer waterproof coating material made of modified acrylate multivariate copolymer emulsion as the base material, adding a variety of additives and fillers after scientific processing.

Construction process：　

-Construction usage -

When the thickness of the water-proof coating film is 1.0mm, the amount used is about 1.8kg/m2~2.2 kg/m2.(The actual dosage depends on the condition of the base layer and the thickness of the brush).

-Construction thickness -

The thickness of the waterproof layer coating film should not be less than 1.5mm thick, and the thickness of the vertical surface should not be less than 1.2mm.

-Construction technology -

Basic treatment → construction of detailed additional waterproof layer → construction of large-surface coated waterproof layer → quality inspection and collection → construction of protective isolation layer

-Construction points -

◎ The construction temperature is 5℃~35℃, and construction is not allowed in rainy weather.

◎ Grass-roots treatment: the grass-roots should be flat, solid, clean, no exposed water, no floating ash, and no oil stains.

◎ Detailed construction of additional waterproof layers: The yin and yang corners, pipe roots, drainage outlets and other detailed nodes should be used as additional layers, and they should be painted 2 to 3 times, and the carcass reinforcement material should be sandwiched so that the waterproof coating fully penetrates the carcass layer, and there must be no creases or crests.

◎ Construction of large-surface coated waterproof layer: The large-surface waterproof layer should be painted on the facade first, and then on the plane. It should be painted 2 to 3 times. After the previous coating is done, the next coating can be carried out. The brushing direction is perpendicular to the previous direction.

◎ Construction of protective isolation layer: Under humid environmental conditions, the drying speed of the product will slow down, and the drying time should be appropriately extended. After the waterproof layer is completely dried, the water-closing test will be carried out. After the acceptance is qualified, the construction of the protective isolation layer will be carried out according to the design requirements.

Precautions：

◎ The construction temperature is 5℃～35℃, and construction is not allowed in rainy weather or exposed water at the base layer.

◎ The paint can be diluted with water, and the amount of water added should not exceed 5% of the amount of paint.

◎ The coating film is completely dried for 2 to 3 days, and the drying time should be appropriately extended in a humid environment.

◎ The water-closing test can be carried out after the coating film is completely dry. After the acceptance is passed, the construction of the protective isolation layer shall be carried out according to the design requirements.
