Construction process：

1. Basic requirements

◎ The base layer requires flatness and compactness, and there must be no looseness, sanding, peeling and irregularities.

◎ Before spraying, rinse the pavement with water to remove debris such as floating ash and cement blocks. After the water dries, use compressed air to blow away the floating ash.

◎ If the concave and convex part of the base layer cannot be removed, it can be partially coated after a large area of the waterproof layer is applied.

2. Precautions

◎ The temperature is below 5 C, and it is not suitable for construction.

◎ Construction is prohibited in windy, rainy and snowy weather.

◎ The floating soil at the base level must be blown clean.

◎ Avoid sun and rain, and pay attention to ventilation.

◎ The storage temperature is 5°C-40°C.

3. Construction method

◎ Generally, spraying is the main method, with uniform effect and high efficiency.

◎ In the absence of open water, first spray a layer of cold primer oil, soak the base layer, and then spray a layer of road and bridge waterproof coating after the surface is dry; you can also dilute the coating by 1:1 instead of the cold primer oil, so that the construction can enhance the adhesion of the waterproof layer to the base layer.

◎ During the spraying process, the film should be evenly formed with a thickness of 0.8-1.0mm.

Scope of application：

It is suitable for areas that are prone to cracks in winter or areas with high tensile cracking resistance requirements; it can also be used for waterproofing of concrete inner and outer walls, floor slabs, elevator pits, tunnels, and pipelines, and for high-temperature workshops with high anti-corrosion requirements outside metal pipelines. The interior ditch and the parts close to the steam pipeline have heat-resistant and anti-corrosion requirements; especially suitable for asphalt concrete pavement, road and bridge surface waterproofing, etc.
