Water-based (951) polyurethane waterproof coating is a new type of waterproof material encouraged by the state. Because of its excellent performance, easy construction, easy to guarantee waterproof effect, and long service life, it has been widely used in various waterproof and anti-seepage projects.

Water-based (951) polyurethane waterproof coating is based on VAE and acrylic copolymer emulsion as the base material, and is formulated through specific process modification. It has the characteristics of high elasticity of organic materials and good durability of inorganic materials, and its overall performance has reached the advanced level of similar domestic products.It was approved as a recommended product by the China Construction Industry Association.

Product features：

Construction process：

◎ Implemented in accordance with the 5.1 standard in GB50207-94 "Technical Specifications for Roofing Engineering"：

◎ Treatment of the base layer: The base layer must be flat, firm, clean, free of water, and the yin and yang angles should be made into an arc shape.The old roof should be cleaned of the original cracked and bulging waterproof houses and dust, and the low-concave damaged areas should be leveled. The leak-proof areas must be blocked first, and the base layer should be flat and there should be no open water.Special parts such as water dropouts and grid seams should be flexibly sealed first. The brushing procedures generally start with yin and yang angles, then vertical surfaces, and finally large-scale construction.

◎ Primer construction: Mix the water and paint in a 1:3 weight ratio, stir well and use it.The use of primer can improve the permeability of the coating to the base layer and enhance the adhesion.

◎ Coating: The construction can be done by rolling, scraping, and brushing. It is advisable to use a thin layer multiple coating method. Each coating should not be too thick. It is generally divided into 3-4 brushes, with a total thickness of 1.5-2.0mm.After the coating is dried and the film is formed, the coating can be applied again. The weak links should be covered with carcass reinforcing materials.

◎ After each coating surface is dry, the construction quality inspection should be carried out, and if there is leakage and bulging, it should be repaired.
